Description
This A6 Badger greetings card is blank inside so you can add your own personal message.
The back of this A6 greetings card includes the following:
An unmistakable icon of the British countryside, the badger is a sociable mammal that lives in mixed groups – known as clans. However, it forages for food alone. The sett, in which it lives, is made up of a network of tunnels and chambers deep underground. Some setts can be vast in size with numerous entrance holes and take many years to build.
This badger illustration is also available as an A5 art print
Give Badgers a break
Badgers have been unfairly persecuted for many years. Although protected by law and scientifically proven not to be the case, they are still blamed for the decline in hedgehog numbers and the transmission of bovine TB.
Read more about these iconic British mammals here and why they need proper protection not persecution.
